Terms of Service

Media Vault sells digital products (guides, presets, LUTs, templates), online workshops, paid creator reviews, outreach research packages, and a paid membership. Some content is free, including our community Discord.

The Service is educational and informational. Nothing we sell — including workshops, coaching-style content, reviews, or outreach packages — guarantees any specific outcome, including but not limited to media credential approval, landing clients, or income. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and the decisions of third parties (teams, leagues, brands, and organizations).

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method provided.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

When you purchase a digital product (guide, preset, LUT, template, workshop, or similar), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own creative and business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others, or repost them as your own for public download.

Paid reviews and outreach packages involve work performed based on information you provide (your content, business details, location, sport, and travel radius, as applicable). We'll deliver what's described on the relevant product page. Outreach packages specifically identify researched local organizations that may be worth contacting — these are outreach targets, not confirmed clients, and we make no guarantee that any recipient will respond, hire you, or convert into paying work.

Our free Discord community is provided as a benefit to creators. We may remove content or restrict access for anyone who harasses other members, spams, or otherwise disrupts the community, at our discretion.

All content on the Service — including guides, videos, workshop material, branding, and site design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a product licenses your use of that specific product; it does not transfer ownership or broader rights.

The Service and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost income or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or cancel a membership, at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
